Every package also includes basic photo planning and timeline guidance to help your day flow smoothly and ensure nothing important is missed.
You’ll receive a beautifully edited online gallery with all of your final wedding images. From there, you’ll have the option to order professional prints or invest in a custom-designed heirloom album — available for purchase after your gallery is delivered.
To officially reserve your wedding date, a signed contract and deposit are required. We’ll go over all package details, your vision, and your photography priorities during our initial call to make sure everything feels aligned and personalized to you.

All of our packages are able to be customized to best suit the couples needs. Every wedding looks different, which might mean we need to make some adjustments to what's needed in your photo package. This may include extra coverage, additional travel, assistant photographers, and extra edits or retouching. Any adjustments that need to be made can be discussed with the photographer prior to booking.

A 20% retainer fee is required at the time of booking to secure your wedding date. The remaining fee can either be paid in full or split into (2-4) separate payments. Final payment is typically due the week of your wedding.

Second shooters are available to be added to your photo package for an additional $150/hr. I am happy to discuss the details with you on our consultation call.

Weddings can be overwhelming to plan, I am more than happy to provide help in terms of timeline and photo planning. We typically hop on a planning call where I will give insight into how much time is recommended for photos throughout the day and ideal locations. We will also plan our shot lists here.

These packages are for couples who want timeless photos that they will be able to look back on in 10, 20, 30+ years and be transported back to that moment. They are for the couples who want the photo of grandma and grandpa holding hands while they witness your ceremony, the image of moms smile as she helps you into your dress, and the photos of all the raw and candid moments throughout your wedding day.

Second shooters can be very helpful on your wedding day! Assistant photographers are often capturing one event while the main photographer is capturing another (ex. one photographs the groomsmen getting ready while the other photographs the bridesmaids getting ready). This allows for more coverage of your special day, and ensures no moment is left undocumented. Second shooters are typically hired by the main photographer, but client preferences are welcome. All images will be edited by me (K Garner Photography). If you are unsure of whether you would like or require a second shooter for your day this can be discussed in more depth on a call.
