Do your packages include travel?
Yes — all wedding packages include up to 100km of travel at no extra cost. For locations beyond that radius, a small travel fee may apply. Planning a destination wedding? I'd love to be part of it — just reach out and we'll work out custom travel pricing together.
Will you help us plan our wedding day timeline?
Absolutely. Every package includes basic photo planning and timeline guidance, so your day flows smoothly and none of the moments that matter most get missed.
How will we receive our photos?
You'll receive a beautifully edited online gallery featuring all of your final wedding images. These are downloadable high-resolution files, you will have 24/7 access to the gallery for one year following your wedding date giving you plenty of time to download and save your images. From there, you can order professional prints or invest in a custom-designed heirloom album — both available for purchase after your gallery is delivered.
How do we book our date?
To officially reserve your wedding date, a signed contract and deposit are required. Before that, we'll hop on an initial call to go over your package details, your vision, and your photography priorities — making sure everything feels aligned and personalized to you from the start.
What if we don't see a package that fits our day?
Every wedding is different, and your photography should be too. All packages can be fully customized — extra (or less) hours of coverage, specific services, a second shooter, or add-ons are all available. I welcome every couple to reach out and build something tailored to your day. Your wedding day will come and go, but your photos will always be there to look back on — they deserve to be exactly right.
What happens if we lose our images?
All of my finished wedding galleries are backed up and stored on a hard drive so in the event you lose your digital files and are no longer able to access them via the online gallery, you can reach out and I will be happy to transfer the images to you again.

All of our packages are able to be customized to best suit the couples needs. Every wedding looks different, which might mean we need to make some adjustments to what's needed in your photo package. This may include extra coverage, additional travel, assistant photographers, and extra edits or retouching. Any adjustments that need to be made can be discussed with the photographer prior to booking.

A 20% retainer fee is required at the time of booking to secure your wedding date. The remaining fee can either be paid in full or split into (2-4) separate payments. Final payment is typically due the week of your wedding.

Second shooters are available to be added to your photo package for an additional $165/hr. I am happy to discuss the details with you on our consultation call.

Weddings can be overwhelming to plan, I am more than happy to provide help in terms of timeline and photo planning. We typically hop on a planning call where I will give insight into how much time is recommended for photos throughout the day and ideal locations. We will also plan our shot lists here.

These packages are for couples who want timeless photos that they will be able to look back on in 10, 20, 30+ years and be transported back to that moment. They are for the couples who want the photo of grandma and grandpa holding hands while they witness your ceremony, the image of moms smile as she helps you into your dress, and the photos of all the raw and candid moments throughout your wedding day.

Second shooters can be very helpful on your wedding day! Assistant photographers are often capturing one event while the main photographer is capturing another (ex. one photographs the groomsmen getting ready while the other photographs the bridesmaids getting ready). This allows for more coverage of your special day, and ensures no moment is left undocumented. Second shooters are typically hired by the main photographer, but client preferences are welcome. All images will be edited by me (K Garner Photography). If you are unsure of whether you would like or require a second shooter for your day this can be discussed in more depth on a call.
